Sterling Heights, Michigan Native Amanda McCauley, traded in her given name for her stage name LeLe XO when starting her music career in 2013.

At age 19, LeLe was given a personal invitation to attend an showcase event in Los Angeles, CA. The Detroit Diva wowed with her pipes with an impromptu break out performance during a runway showcase that sealed her destiny and made the move from Michigan worth every sacrifice. LeLe XO sang before she could walk and as soon as she could stand on a stage she was performing in a variety of events and shows. Original Wickedshit. Est. 2001

Menacide is a veteran of the “Gun Rule” (Grand Rapids, MI) Hip Hop scene with several credible accomplishments attached to his name. He’s released over a dozen albums, has sat in the same studio as Eminem (while working with Proof Of D12), and paid enough real dues to cover the work ethic of a dozen indie artists combined. In 2001, his “In My World” E.P. garnered so much attention from local media, that the Associated Press picked up the story and blasted it across the national news wire. Cutting his teeth by pounding out show after show locally, he also went on to be featured on the syndicated Michigan Radio Network (MRN) for an almost unheard of nationwide promo-cast.

2003’s “Knuckle Up” LP introduced bored underground fans to a world of revised hardcore rap, while showcasing Menacide’s ability to spin new life into angry anthems. In 2005, his “Drugz” LP stole the number one selling spot at several online media outlets, and went on to become a fan-favorite with such bangers as “Braggin’ Rightz”, the proud-to-be-below-radar anthem, “Underground King”, and “Drugz” (Feat. Proof Of D12) (RIP). “I’m grateful for having had the opportunity to work with him (Proof) for the title track on that record. He lit a fire under my ass that’s been burning ever since”, he affirms. It was during this studio session in Detroit where he was invited to meet 8 Mile famed Eminem, whom he humbly acknowledges as the best thing to ever happen to the relevance of Michigan Hip Hop.

A proponent of unique self-marketing, Menacide’s releases have been attached to some rather creative promo campaigns, including a contest for buyers of his “Drugz LP”, who were entered into a drawing to win a real body bag stuffed with CD’s, posters, and other merch goodies. Following with the album’s “paraphernalia” theme, the CD came packaged in a genuine police-evidence bag, along with a bonus poster and bandanna.

In September of 2007, bundled with a full, two-hour documentary DVD entitled “Music Iz Life”, Menacide’s much-anticipated “Street Symphony” CD hit stores nationwide (via LRD/Oarfin/Koch). The album boasted an impressive lineup, including special guest appearances from Cypress Hill, Insane Poetry, and Flint, Michigan’s gold-selling The Dayton Family. His music has also been licensed for commercial DVD markets, such as “Turnagain 4” (a snow-sports series) and “New Jack Hardcore” (a brutal wrestling documentary).

Also a proud contributor to the ever-growing phenomenon known as “The Wicked Underground”, Menacide has worked with some of Horrorcore’s greatest talents, including Detroit’s King Gordy, Prozak & Madness (of Saginaw’s Bedlam), Q Strange, and many more. In 2006 he performed via honorary invitation at Prozak’s annual “Wickedstock” festival alongside Tech N9ne, Project: Deadman, & pioneering Detroit artist The R.O.C. Menacide is also the creator of the internet-famed “Devil’z Nite” compilation series, which he ran consecutively for six years to help push talented artists to the forefront of the exposure pool. In 2005 he was nominated for and won the “Best Rapper” Award by way of fan votes at TCN, a network within the genre.

Mensvreters are two cannibal brothers from South Africa, creating heavy Afrikaans (similar to Dutch) horrorcore rap music. They released their debut album in March 2017 and have since been performing their bizarre and gory shows, involving blood, faeces, guts, human bones used as weapons, prolapsed pants and their “DJ” Zet, (a fluffy character from an 80’s Afrikaans T.V. show for children) who has been taken into the Mensvreters brotherhood and given a platform to fully express himself amongst all the debauchery in this high energy show. They are focused on both music and film and are constantly moving between Europe and South Africa working on their short horror films with Tapeworm T.V and performing shows.

Neo Tokyo Philharmonic is a cyberpunk orchestra from a dystopian Japan, dedicated to creating background music for the future.

He also organizes the Switch On Mini Festival, which brings together local and international sound artists in the hub of Kuala Lumpur.

Goh Lee Kwang states that the medium of Sound as art relies upon the response created in the listener for its existence. Without the receptivity and response from a listener, the sound ceases to exist, does not take up any space. What I have observed and enjoyed most about Lee Kwang as an artist is the invitation by himself and his artwork to participate in a relationship. The dedicated listener may perceive new worlds, strange sound textures and maybe even find within themselves new and unusual experiences.

Jeritan is a experimental noise project from Samarinda, East Borneo, Indonesia. Started the project in 2014 make the experimental sound with electronic style which drawing influences from everything.

There was a man, named Melvin Boris. He spent many long nights away at sea, missing his dear Rostov. He smoked a pipe and gazed into the night sky dreaming of a warm fire in his home town. He fished for crab, he was the tundra's most notorious crab fishermen. Occasionally other creatures would battle his nets and his mind alike, the kraken, and some rumor even a "mermaid". One icy eve Melvin Boris disappeared into the abyss and only returned in the form of a wise black cat, who to this day kneads by the warmth and relays us with resurrected tales of ship rats and ghosts of the ocean's past.

I am Individual Distortion. Still insulting your so-called scene since 2005.

The Camusov is an experimental project from Moscow, Russia, formed at the turn of the millennium by Armen Aloyan and Anton Dimitriev with New Wave serving as a core for this band. Apart from that, the musicians also frequently invoke such genres as grunge and shoegaze, adding a little bit of grotesque to their live performances.

So far the band has issued 17 releases, constantly works on new albums and videos and goes on tours across the country.

Fibrosis Moral - DEATH GRIND MONDO ANIMALISTA from Bogota, Colombia. Formed in 2012 by Leonardo Forero.

Woodhull is experimental Noise Rock from New York!

Anya Enot is a project of one native siberian girl from Yakutia based in Berlin. She experiments with analog drums, contact mic, field recordings and recorded on tape directly. Shaman beats, ritual noise, kamikaze music.

Refined rock 'n' roll aesthetics seasoned with saxophone vibes. As naughty as a pair of sneakers with a smart suit and a tie. Founded on the ruins of NAILHEAD, the band keeps touching on the ideas of surf rock classics. Numerous pop and rock hits are fit into the shape of classic rock'n'roll and surf music.

Having their background in heavy and extreme genres, the restless adventurers of Retrocaine keep on using the same explicitly outrageous approach. With their debut EP, "Back to the 90s" of 2017, retro enthusiasts are raising a new wave of Russian surf music.

COAGULANT is Fkdrone. Co-Founder and past member of Matter. Sound reverberation explorer, influenced by the first industrial music, musique concrète and ambient electronic noise music. Began minimal drone experimentation in 1995 with the moniker Fkdrone, Coagulant, SEKI. Subsequently he created Sequencial (Audio Visual Research) in 2014.

"I have been getting further and further into extreme music the majority of my life, which started with stuff like Eazy-E and Anthrax on cassette when I was around 5 years old. When I was 18 I was digging around the only cool record store in my hometown, and came across this double CD of a band called Agoraphobic Nosebleed. It was their album "PCP Torpedo" which was like 6 minutes of the fastest, noisiest, craziest fucking thing I had heard in my life, and the second disc was a remix disc with artists like Drokz/Tailz, Justin Broadrick, and Merzbow. This is where I was introduced to Grindcore and most importantly, Noise. I had delved into heavy shit during highschool, of course I had Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, and Esham laying around the house, but this was something REALLY fucking extreme. This album is partially responsible for inspiring me to start my label, and why I started making Noise as Dental Work. After I discovered this, I became addicted to ordering their other albums from Relapse Records, I remember doing work as a data entry specialist for a short period when I was around 20 and spending most of my work day browsing titles from their distro and ordering shit like "Frozen Corpse Stuffed With Dope" and old albums by The Meatshits. In 2012 I was in contact with Jay Randall, he released one of my Dental Work albums on his label Grindcore Karaoke, and the concept started brewing up...Now, 5 years in the making, "ANBrx3" is finally here. It has been an honor to work with Agoraphobic Nosebleed, Jay Randall I appreciate you man! Scott Hull, Katherine Katz, Richard Johnson y'all rule! Also huge shout out/thank you to Sean Barry and Justin Lee Smith, my girl Ashley S., My parents, friends, cats, Decibel Magazine, Relapse Records, Grindcore Karaoke, and the entire Placenta Recordings family. Full motherfucking circle! We appreciate all of the love and support over the years". - Jay Watson, Dental Work/Placenta Recordings

Side B by yeongrak (Christchurch, New Zealand)

"Bedroom producer Yeongrak (pronounced yong-rak) was the subject of a Bite feature by Shane Woolman in The Wire 390. Immersed in the worldwide online music community, the digital noise artist makes music at home in Christchurch, New Zealand. While browsing through YouTube, Yeongrak discovered the Digital Hardcore label. “At the time I was really into breakcore and I found the video to “Sweat” by Shizuo and loved it,” Yeongrak told Shane. “Shizuo is my all time favourite but I was also pretty into Bomb 20, EC8OR, Patric Catani and Hanin Elias.

“I think I’m just fascinated with gross stuff,” Yeongrak continued. “I’d been wanting to make music that made people grossed out or uncomfortable for a while. I think those body noises, along with a really amateur and poorly constructed sound, give it a creepy vibe. That’s what I’m trying to do.” - The Wire Magazine

Dental Work - Bruise Me (B-Sides/Rarities) (3 Tapes) (Placenta Recordings #400 - 2017) out now!!!

Dental Work - Bruise Me (B-Sides/Rarities) (3 Tapes) (Placenta Recordings #400 - 2017)

This is a collection of rarities, b-sides, and unreleased material from Dental Work spanning the last 10 years. Released as a triple c60 cassette bundle from Placenta Recordings in 2017.

Take a glimpse into the terrifying world of Dental Work. Merging broken fantasy with harsh reality since 2007.

"Dental Work was a quiet boy. A lost soul. As a teen he was an amateur chemist living in the industrial decay of Detroit, Michigan who enjoyed setting things on fire, cooking up new kinds of drugs to experiment with, and spending time with cats. Time caught up and removed his human brain and teeth. As a man, A life of prison, pornography obsession, drug abuse, gambling, prostitutes and confusion led to unavoidable death, but something snapped in the process and resulted in a change in format to what we know as the "afterlife". The spirit made changes to the ground where the burial took place. All that was left on the tomb was a yellow raincoat. California gave him a home. There was some new sense of alien telepathy and ESP. Arms were the agenda. Weapons of choice included a rusted hatchet, a working man's hammer, pink rope, yellow duct-tape, and teeth of a vampire sharp as a razor being used to cut lines of cocaine. Revenge and pseudo-justice was his intention with this new "beginning" that was granted. His victims were those that preyed on the weak. Dental Work collect's the souls of the ones who torture, abuse, rape, discriminate, harass, and murder in cold blood. He is a whipping boy for all who have suffered a violent or sexual crime...He protects animals, women, children, even men and all of their innocence, forever. The dark souls give energy to him, which is recycled into positive wave lengths and distributed into the world through sound and vision. He recognizes beauty in darkness, and darkness in all beauty. The sense of humor he embraces reflects when he is taking the lives of the evil ones. Rumor has it a vial of LSD was splashed on a corrupt priest who abused children as "holy water". A corporate businessman was hung with his own tie for making an employee perform felatio on him to get hired in. A policeman was handcuffed and raped to death with his billy club for raping a local teen. A nun was bitten to death and died of blood loss for allowing activities to happen in her church, even though she didn't participate. Her blood was used as a mock Satanic ritual as a final goodbye, even though Dental Work knows that all religion is just mind control. One of the men he took away from this world was a snitch, whom was turned into delicious carnitas that was fed to a wild pack of hogs. He barbequed a Korean pimp live for committing crimes of human traffic, exploiting women and turning them to a life of human slavery. Dental Work had a good soul, he was just misunderstood, so decided to take matters into his own hands beyond the grave and use his violent urges for good and not evil...Dental Work is dead, but lives it up. All of the dead girls and boys look up to him...When he returns to the Danger Garden everyone is waiting to hear the new tales of space travel, asteroid wreckage, ghetto chemistry, the harsh noise of revenge, and the views of the sunset through cemetery trees. His hobbies include: cooking human garbage. Personal crime scene photography, bondage mail art, intergalactic travel, alien mind expansion, feeding from atrocities, and looking out for the underdogs of planet earth. Since his death in earth year 2007, thousands of post-mortem revenge tactics have been premeditated, and now in 2017 there are a few rare souls who have been resurrected by interstellar voodoo and black magic to join Dental Work on his mission in death."
